Kindergarten Siddur Cover Order Form
Dear Kindergarten Parents,

Our Kindergarten Students will soon be graduating! As part of their graduation ceremony, Aleph Bet gifts each Kindergarten student with their very own Siddur, highlighting their accomplishments in Hebrew
reading.

Aleph Bet has partnered with My Special Pushka, who offers beautiful material siddur covers. Each child will get to choose the color of fabric and type of ribbon that he/she would like and have their name embroidered onto it. The options will be available by drop off on Friday morning for you to choose with your child.

The cost of the cover is $18. It is not mandatory to purchase this cover. For a second line of text and for more than 15 Characters, there is an additional $3 Fee
